I've had similar on another car. The car was kerbed and the hub was bent in the carrier. New hub and wheel bearing needed.

To check, jack up and support the nearside, remove wheel and brake disk. Start the car in first gear and watch the hub revolve. If it's all over the place then that's yer problem!

The Mrs Corsa had a similar problem but a different fault code. I stripped the throttle body and gave it a good clean (70k miles worth) and she's not had any problems since. Other than the fact it's a corsa! :p

I was taking some covers off to install a hands free kit in the Peugeot Partner van (2006, 2.0 HDI) and when I removed the cover on top which goes over the clock, I found a little silver metal box with two small LED's on one side (a red power one and a green one which flashes every second), you can hear it signal every second when the engine is not running.

I have no idea what this is, it is a professional fitting but I don't think it is factory fitted.

Is it some sort of security device? I have no paperwork with the van so no indication of what has been fitted.

It is a plain box with a hand written number on the top.

Will try and get a picture.

Anyone come across anything similar?
