2001 iveco daily intermittent squeaking not when braking

i just put a post on about my back brake sticking which got veery hot which seemed to be the caliper handbrake arm sticking. i managed to sort that with lots of wiggling, wire brushing and wd40, however i am still getting an occasional sqeaking noise when driving, and it isnt when i am braking. it seems to happen most when turning a corner but also when driving in a straight line. does that mean brakes are still sticking a bit? they are not getting at all hot now.. Sad

Bretty Been here a while Offline Posts: 100 Wigan	Re: 2001 iveco daily intermittent squeaking not when braking Reply #1 - 08.02.10 at 23:11:05 Could be worth stripping all the brakes down and cleaning up the calipers. Check the sliders as these are prone to seizing up. They are really easy to do they are only a 6mm Allen key. Put a bit of coopa slip on the backs of the pads and the pad quides.
