With you all the way on that one Doug. If they are not driving round trying to dazzle every other road user they run on driving/fog lamps so probably cannot see a thing!

Nick
Hi Marcus, how easy is it to remove clock? have had a gentle lever on mine, but it seems very tight, does it pop out or do you have to remove the ski slope? Have ordered clock off e-bay and have looked for perspex...what thickness did you buy? My clock has not worked since i've owned the car, but your fix seems the way to go, cheers Brian

excellent photos and titles man. I am glad you have found someone good to repair the car... seems you have got off "quite" lightly

after all the work done on mine.. i still get a wet passenger side.... but mine is outside all the time... interior has been out of mine twice now and wings done same as bulkhead... but i still get water on passenger side.but not straight away.. after rain carpets still dry(well i say carpets but there is none down).its a few days later the water seeps in.. so must be filling a cavity somewhere then flowing in...still aint found it and doubt i will bother now.
mine is been parked up since coming back from xjrestorations and has no tax or test.make sure your wings are treated on the inside before replacement.. mine were not... all saves for the future..
keep on saving em

roly

Lovely car.

I'm new to the forum and I'm reading the old threads so that's why this one has been "bumped".

A bit late, but my New Year's resolution is to get my car's underbonnet/engine bay looking half as good as that.
