I have not looked if the part No. you gave is for front or rear. If its for front perhaps consider threaded rod method in spring pan bolt holes as per JL website.

If it's for the front you can buy them from JEC too. About £250 when I last enquired.

Hiring from them's about £45 for a week's lease plus courier charges there and back or it was when I last did it two years ago.
