I am the organiser of the new major Jaguar car clubs event taking place on the 12th of June at Coventry Airport
The event will be a celebration of the various Jaguar anniversaries this year, headed of course by the E-Types 50th.
Stop Press:
Now only 7 weeks to go!
Norman Dewis and Paul Skilleter are expected to attend!
The Airbase website now has a dedicated page to book for the event on the 12th of June at Coventry Airport, see it at: http://www.classicflight.com/Jaguar
All Jaguar car clubs members can book their car in for the day at £10, including all passengers, but must arrive before 9.30am to get in position.
Pleasure flights, and Aerobatic flights are available, all Jaguar owners, friends and family can get a 25% discount by booking flights in advance on-line, all they have to do is use a special code during the payment process. The discount code is 593  Smiley
Local circuit flights in a Dragon Rapide or Prentice are £47 less 25%, so only £35.25 per person!
Flights over Warwick Castle are £70 less 25%, so only £52.50 per person
Aerobatic flights are for one person at a time in a Chipmunk, at £150 less 25%, so only £112.50 per person, with an opportunity to take the controls yourself! Wink
For anyone who just wants to turn up to enjoy the event the admission prices are:
Adults £8, Children £2, Over 60’s £5 or a Family ticket at £18 for up to two adults and as many children as you can carry!
Anyone who wishes to fly in with their own aircraft are welcome! Cool
Kind regards,
Graham

Hi,

I'm NOT going to attend despite this being held at Coventry Airport where I tend to be every weekend (I even commute there in my Series 3 XJ6.) the reason being - I'll be in Le Mans.

However... the rest of my crew are going to be there, they won't be flying in as the aircraft is already at Coventry (at Airbase). They will be opening it up for you, and hopefully running it up during the day.

The worlds only running Avro Shackleton MR2.
