hello
If anyone of you has experience with self build kits for a replica type c jaguar , please feel free to comment . my mainproblem is  about  registrationpapers in my homecountry which is Luxembourg  ? is the manufacturer of the kit  supposed to deliver them ?

Can't comment on Luxambourg specifically but its not that straigtforwards in UK and I am told France is worse.
Generally with any kit car you hve to get it IVA (Individual vehicle approval - formerly SVA) inspected and approved., then you get an approval certificate that can be used to register & tax the vehicle. The extent of the IVA depends on what the kit car manufacturer has already had approved.

Hi Stefan, I'm sure that a good man to speak to would be Tony Brown (a/k/a Toad). He lives in France, has built a replica long tail C Type, and writes in the JDC magazine on replicas. Cheers, apax.
