You won't find those in a Jaguar Catalogue!

Jaguar never fitted wire wheels to a Series XJ (and cautioned against doing so, I think,  in a technical bulletin.)

It might be worth asking the question on a more US oriented board.  Bolt on wire wheels seem more prevalent there and someone may recognise them and be able to help.

And an after thought, try Googling 'lug nuts' rather than wheel nuts.

Some of the wires used were US items, but either way try these people. I have used them on several occations.

Hello Per,

The Jag's the only one on the road!

I've had Jags since I was 17, both in Australia and here in the UK.

I've had the MWS bolt-on wire wheels in the past. I'm quite surprised no one else recognised them.

Have you seen the price of wire wheels now?

Yes (Ouch!) I considered wires for the XJ-S and took an aspirin after seeing the prices  Grin
Glad I did, the XJ-S is for sale after last years fuel bill: GBP 5.500,-  Just got an XF 2.7d 2008 reg with 6000km on the clock, bought from the widow of the original owner.

I contacted MWS already, and they dont have them as they are long time out of production. They dont have even any drawing in their old files,so I have posted one to them. I hope they would be able to make a few of them Huh,as I dont want to buy different ones,I like these originals. Oh the price for any wire wheels are sky high, but they just look awesome on any old jag,but hard to keep them clean!
