mattsovereign Full Member Offline Posts: 120	my speakers - sort of links to my other post! 12.04.2012 at 20:40:03 Halfrauds fitted a new sony head unit to my 91 xjs and all in ok - its the one the ipod sits inside the unit so no wires etc but they have managed to only get the back speakers working? the fronts were working before and i assumed the harness would simply connect and it would all work? any ideas? thanks matt

If they were previously working before the job was done then there might be the answer. Also remember that Jaguars are special and different so that when you swap these units for something not fitted as standard you will need an adaptor lead. The alternative is to cut the wires and reconnect as appropriate. Easy job but time consuming.
