s-type door handles

my exterior door handle on my rear door is quite stiff. Is this a common problem? Can I fix by directing wd40 into a certain place or do I need to remove the door card from inside. Any guidance greatly appreciated.

I'd try the WD40 solution first mate - its quick and cheap Wink
